If you’re developing new leaders

You may have appointed people, with good track records and desirable skills, into supervisory or management positions. These skills do not always guarantee good leadership however. It is true that some individuals seem to pull themselves up though the ranks “by their own boot straps” but most of today’s remarkable leaders were exposed to authority and responsibility at some point early in their careers and they were developed and coached to become what they are now.
